The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the total replacement of the interior of 2 single family residential dwellings. These units were built in the 1950's and are being reconfigured to bring up to contemporary standards. There is one style of unit and is a double-story home with basement. Units shall be stripped of all interior finishes, cabinets, drywall, insulation and flooring. All wiring, plumbing and ductwork will be removed. Units will have framing modified and will receive new wiring, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinets, bathroom fixtures and HVAC equipment.
