Renovation of a municipal facility in Meriden, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of an Asphalt Shingle Roof at a Judicial Branch location in Meriden, Connecticut Project scope includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Removal of existing asphalt shingle roof and all attachments. 2. Removal of existing felt roof underlayment (where full sheet can be removed without lifting or otherwise negatively affecting existing metal flashing, edging, diverters or scupper boxes to remain). 3. All temporary measures required throughout entire construction process to prevent all water infiltration to the building. 4. Preparations of all decking and substrates to receive new roofing. 5. New asphalt shingle roofing and all requirements for installation. 6. New metal flashings, roof specialties, roof accessories, miscellaneous rough carpentry, joint sealants, etc. required for roof installation and as indicated throughout
