As of December 5, 2024, project is in final design Fall 2024-Winter 2025. Design team not yet identified. Construction expected Summer 2025. The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to provide project coordination, permitting approvals, preliminary and final engineering services, construction staging design, utility coordination, construction documents, and post-design services for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 15 Rehabilitation Project. Project limits are County Highway 15 from County Highway 10 to County Highway 14. Project limits include: 1) Is approximately 2.8 miles 2) Is a two-lane rural highway 3) Has traffic volumes of 11,000-13,000 vehicles per day (2019) 4) Has a 55 mph posted speed limit 5) Is located within the City of Lake Elmo and West Lakeland Township Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed via email to eden.rogers@co.washington.mn.us by 3:00 PM on Friday, March 17, 2023. If a question pertains to a clarification of this RFP, the question and answer will be forwarded to all contractors who received the initial RFP.
