Site work and paving for a road / highway in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Scope of Work consists of the application of a microsurfacing wearing surface on the identified streets, followed by the reinstallation of pavement markings. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
