Reference number : 1703263 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-03 The City of La Pocatière is requesting tenders for the maintenance and management of the operations of the Bombardier Center and the recreational infrastructures for a period of four (4) years with the possibility of renewal for an additional period of four (4) years, the all under the same terms and conditions, to the satisfaction of the competent authorities of the City and after agreement between the parties. The contract begins on June 1 , 2023 and ends no later than May 31, 2031 if the City exercises the renewal option. The selection of suppliers will be made from an optional evaluation grid based on qualitative criteria. To be considered official, any submission must be: - Presented on the official submission form; - Complies with the specifications mentioned in the general and specific specifications; It is the tenderer's responsibility to check with the court office that the envelope containing his tender has indeed been received within the time limit. The City reserves the right to remove from the mandate certain parts of the work or services required under this call for tenders, without the tenderer being able to withdraw his tender or raise the prices submitted. The City of La Pocatière does not undertake to accept either the bid having obtained the highest score or any of the bids received.
