Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, pavement and street lighting rehabilitation on Albert Road from Seminole Street to Metcalfe Street, Metcalfe Street from the dead end to the Alley easterly of Albert Road and the West Alley between Albert Road and St. Luke Road from Metcalfe Street to approximately 25m southerly. Reconstruction to include 250mm/300mm/375mm PVC sanitary sewer, 525mm/675mm/750mm RCP storm sewer, 200mm PVC watermain, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, new sidewalks on both sides, and street lighting infrastructure. Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing By-Law No. 93-2012 and amendments thereto. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), approved July 1, 2017.
