Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
If a bid is accepted, the Contractor will be required to file a written substance abuse prevention program with the Owner for the prevention of substance abuse among its employees prior to the commencement of the work. Said program shall be available to the general public It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in April. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible Bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Park District. The work consists of removals and the installation of 2-12 year old playground structures, minor site grading, concrete curbing and flatwork, site furnishings and landscape restoration. All questions concerning these projects or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Jessica Burgdorf in writing to jburgdorf@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
