Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beattyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes construction of a pavilion, restroom (including utility services), concrete plaza, concrete sidewalk, asphalt resurfacing, deck overlooks, storm sewer, landscaping, acid mine remediation, gravel road replacement, and temporary erosion control as described in the full summary of work and shown on the attachments. The project consists of 5 individual sites. Last Day for Questions shall be April 3, 2023 at 5 pm. The City of Beattyville (Owner) reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to negotiate with apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
