Per owner, this RFP was for athletic surfaces, turf, tracks and courts which the contractor can provide A&E services as part of their contract. The Member can also provide their own A&E contractor or use a current CES contract holder. CES on behalf of its Members and Participating Entities is seeking licensed (as applicable), qualified, and experienced Vendor/Contractors to design, manufacture, deliver and install high-quality, and cost-effective indoor and outdoor products and systems which may include, but is not limited to synthetic and natural grass turf system for athletic fields, playgrounds, parks, and landscaping applications; athletic tracks, tennis, basket and pickle ball courts; provide design and construction services to integrated into new or existing fields and facilities. The Offeror must demonstrate through their response to this RFP that they possess the necessary qualifications, experience, resources, and capacity required to provide the required products and services within each of the regions that they propose to serve.
