Vendor is to supply all labor, tools, brushes, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, caulk. Vendor is also to supply all transportation, including ferry and dray services. Vendor will replace any cracked glass panes; Mackinac Island State Park will provide glass. End date October 31, 2023
