The Spokane Tribe of Indians reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive bidding informalities. The project consists of the following (but not limited to) demolition and preparation of the site, lagoon liner replacement, improved headworks, bar screen replacement, aeration system and controls replacement, as well as replacement of sewer manholes, lines, fittings, and valves, and other work specified in the plans and technical specs. Spokane Tribe of Indians encourages participation of Minority Owned, and Women Owned Business Enterprises in this Invitation to Bid This is a Federal Department of Labor (Davis-Bacon), State of Washington Prevailing Wage Rate project Bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor license at the time of submitting bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total base bid (not including alternates). This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds.
