The contract time is 50 calendar days. Interpretation of Plans and Documents/Pre-Bid Clarification. If any prospective bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in, or omissions, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof may be submitted to the Owner.
