**As of June 27, 2023, project was awarded to Courts and Greens, a Corporation, awarded amount is $418,551.70.** This project involves the construction of two basketball courts and sidewalk leading to the courts. Included in these plans are the construction of a 6" post tension concrete slab, basketball court striping, basketball hoop and backboard installation and concrete sidewalk. Also included, the supplying of all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to make the work complete and operable and the following: 1) Contact Underground Service Alert (USA) to request locations of existing underground utilities. 2) Contact the City of Dinuba Public Works Department and inform them of the project schedule. 3) Contact the Dinuba Police Department and North Central Fire Protection District and inform them of the project schedule. \ 4) Restore areas where the existing street surfacing or facilities are destroyed. 5) Cleanup of work area. The above is not all inclusive and the contractor is responsible for all other items shown on plans or listed in specifications. The exact locations of the work to be done shall be indicated by the City Engineer with location stakes, and the Contractor shall not do any work on this project without the stakes. The work embraced herein shall be done in accordance with the plans, these Specifications and the State Standard Specifications and Plans, latest revision, insofar as the same may apply.
