Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Fargo, North Dakota. Design plans call for the construction of a stadium; eight-story above grade hospitality development; two-story above grade retail development; 500-space parking garage; and road / highway.

Plans call for the expansion to the sports arena and The Lights District including 500-spot parking ramp, hotel, venue space, housing and an additional hockey facility. The project would be split into two phases. In Phase One, there are two buildings: a hotel with a parking ramp would be built directly west of the West Fargo Sports Arena, and a mixed-use building similar to The Lights building would be constructed farther west. The hotel would be eight stories with four floors of hotel space and four floors of parking. The mixed-use building would be a seven-story building with at least two floors of commercial space. Additional floors would be used for residences and potential parking. As of April 30, 2024, Phase One, the first building slated to begin construction Spring of 2025 with completion date of 2026. The second mixed-use building anticipated to start construction Summer of 2025 and be finished by fall of 2027. An outdoor plaza and pond are also to be completed in the first phase and will likely be finished in 2026. In Phase Two, an additional mixed-use building would be added, as well as a building south of the sports arena and one in the northwest corner. There would be a connecting link, such as a sky ramp, among the buildings. The timeline for Phase Two is yet to be determined. Funding has not been allocated.
