Description

Renovation of a museum in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

ALL questions should be emailed to David Lenz at dlenz@bergmannpc.com no later than 2:00 p.m., Eastern on April 13, 2023. Work associated with roof replacement include, but is not limited to: removal of existing roofing system, insulation, limited damaged roof deck (if any), existing coping, existing abandoned roof penetrations, flashings, removal and replacement of existing floor access stair exterior wall cladding, patch in roof deck (if any), new EPDM roofing system, new walking pads, new coping system, and limited masonry tuckpointing
