Renovation of a swimming pool in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Mike Shellito Indoor Pool Replastering Project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: pool replastering including tile replacement, drain grate replacement and other miscellaneous repairs for both the main lap pool and smaller warming pool. The deadline for submission of questions and clarifications regarding the Contract Documents is Friday, March 24, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. In order to meet the required timeline to issue addenda, questions will not be accepted after this date. Only Addenda issued by the City are binding. All questions shall be directed to the attention of Joel De Jong Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certificate of Deposit, Certified or Cashier's Check, Bidder's Bond or Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Grand Total Price the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedure. The City specifically reserves the right to not award the Contract after the opening of bids The City has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class B,C-35 or C-53 Contractor's license at the time that the bid is submitted, as well as any other license classification as may be required by the laws of the California for the performance of the work specified in the Contract Documents
