The work generally required for this project includes on-call miscellaneous electrical work, which may include but not be limited to: o Installation of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) o Troubleshooting and repairing electronic signs o Repairing and/or installing lighting at bus stops, transit centers, or park and ride lots. o Electrical services associated with staff office reconfiguration o Assessment of power supply at various facilities o LED lighting installation o Electrical metering installation or repair o Relocation of real-time signs at transit centers or park and ride lots. The Contract shall expire when the total of $200,000, including applicable taxes, has been expended or 24 months from Notice to Proceed, whichever occurs first. PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96 th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Bid proposals are being solicited from bidders to furnish labor, equipment, and materials to complete the miscellaneous electrical services. There will not be a pre-bid conference.
