This work consists in removing the windows of the E wing in order to intervene on the outer envelope under it and put them back in place. The work also consists of repairing the P-5 entrance, including the steps and the balcony, replacing the door with access control and replacing the foot rail. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. **Award subject to final approval
