The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE") is seeking proposals for Interior Renovation at Sheldon Williams Collegiate in Regina, Saskatchewan Description of the Work: 1. Renovate existing small engine, motor mechanics rooms into 3 classrooms, a calm room, a breakout room, loading area, and mechanical room. It includes new walls, new doors, and some new exterior windows. 2. Interior renovation of Biology room 208 on the second floor including removal of existing millwork and plumbing. 3. Relocation of a wall and renovation of classrooms 306 and 307 to create two more equal size classrooms. 4. New electrical and mechanical in the classrooms. 5. All new finishes on floors, ceilings, and walls. Digital and hard copy Construction Documents are available from the office of Alton Tangedal Architect Ltd. upon request. Receipt of hard copy documents requires a deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in the form of cheque or money order made out to the consultant noted below. Deposit is recoverable upon return of documents to the offices of Alton Tangedal Architect Ltd. in good condition within five (5) working days of the close of the bid period. Deadline to submit Questions: Mar 30th 2023, 2:00 PM CST awarded contractor and bid value not released for publication.
