Any bids received after the date and time set forth above will be rejected. No facsimile copies or emailed bids will be accepted. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED on the Bid Proposal form included in the Bid Package. Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes for each project with the address of the home to be rehabilitated and the name of the bidding contractor clearly indicated on each envelope. BIDDERS MUST COMPLY with P.L. 1975, C.127 regarding Affirmative Action Regulations, and P.L. 1977, C.33 regarding Disclosure of Corporate and/or Partnership Ownership. Bidders must present a valid State of NJ Business Registration Certificate and Federal ID number. AHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bids and accompanying documents received if deemed in the best interest of the property owner. AHA hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. AHA will limit to three (3) the number of housing rehabilitation projects a contractor may have at one time in each of our programs.
