Renovation of a mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,835-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and 24,100-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
All work for this project will be under one single prime contract between the contractor and the owner. The construction manager will manage the construction of the project. This project includes multiple interior renovations to Jefferson High School & Tecumseh Junior High school as well as the addition of a secure vestibule to Tecumseh Junior High School. Jefferson High School renovations include new auditorium seating and exterior door replacements. New auditorium seating is furnished & installed under a direct contract with the owner and is not a part of this project. However, work of this project is required to be coordinated with auditorium seating work. Tecumseh Junior High School renovations include replacing ceilings, light fixtures, and flooring as well as renovations to office areas and secure vestibule addition. Last day for questions to be submitted is December 12, 2023 A site and building tour was given to all participants showing the existing spaces to be remodeled including applicable mechanical and electrical rooms affected by the project.
