This program is to be completed in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications contained or referenced in this solicitation. For a complete detailed description of the work, Program Specifications should be consulted. The District seeks to establish discounted pricing for the delivery of the Herbicide product based upon a percentage discount taken from the bidder's price list. Please provide percentage discount rates to deliver the Herbicide product to the SDGC Distribution Center, 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. The percentage discount/pricing indicted on the Bid Form must be F.O.B. Destination with all delivery or freight charges Prepaid and Allowed to any location Districtwide. The District prefers discounts of a minimum discount of five percent (5%); however, each bidder may state the discount offered. Bid responses that state a zero percentage (0%) discount will not be considered and shall be disregarded. The School District of Greenville County (SDGC) invites responsible firms to submit SEALED BIDS to provide and deliver Herbicide in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and SDGC Percentage Discount Program. Awards may be made to multiple bidders who meet the solicitation criteria. The product will be delivered to SDGC Distribution Center, 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. This program is for the purchase of product only, and does not include services or any labor. This solicitation does not commit the District to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the response to this solicitation or to procure any goods or services. The initial term for this contract shall begin from the date of award for one (1) calendar base year. The District reserves the right to extend the contract for a period not to exceed up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) upon the mutual agreement of both parties.
