Renovation of a medical facility in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of this project is to replace the main distribution system, the main transformer and the generator. Also, it includes the addition of a new diesel tank for the generator. The tender documents will be published in the RPANB. Hard copies of appeal documents tenders will be given to contractors upon non-refundable payment of $200.00 to Groupe VALANCORP Inc. (TEL: (506) 252-8087). Each tender must be accompanied by a security bond in the amount of 10% of the total of the tender, payable to "Réseau de Santé Vitalité". The successful bidder must provide the owner, at the time of execution of the contract, a performance bond and a performance bond payment for labor and materials each equal to fifty percent of the value of the contract.
