Description: Bids are invited on the following work: The City of Sun Prairie is seeking bids for the provision and installation of an approximately 400 kW DC, ground mounted, grid tied solar photovoltaic system at the Water Pollution Control Facility (3040 Bailey Road, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin). Engineering specifications and drawings are included in the Bid Documents. Additional Description: No Bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount payable to the City of Sun Prairie as a guarantee that if their Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file a Contract within fifteen (15) days after such acceptance. The accepted Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and the Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the Bid amount within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award.
