Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Dalton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Whitfield County Schools, Board of Education wishes to install new synthetic turf fields on three high school football fields. The project also includes cleaning and restriping the track surfaces and the replacement of the track surface at Coahulla Creek High School. Miscellaneous associated work is also included at each site. A Proposal must strictly comply with all requirements set forth in the Instructions to Proposers. A Proposal must contain the completed Proposal Form, Exhibits A&B, which sets forth the Contractor's proposed lump sum contract price for full and complete construction of the Project in conformity with all requirements of the Contract Documents. A Proposal must also include a fully executed Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price (exclusive of any alternates and unit prices) in the form required by the Instructions to Final Completion of each project shall be achieved no later than August 1, 2023. Access to the fields shall begin on: Coahulla Creek High School: 5/22/2023 Northwest High School: 5/22/2023 Southeast High School: 5/15/2023 A New Turf Field for Coahulla Creek High School, Northwest High School and Southeast High School to be located at 3361 Crow Road, Dalton, GA 30721, 1651 Tunnel Hill-Varnell Road, Tunnel Hill, Ga 30755 and 1954 Riverbend Road, Dalton, GA 30721
