Its mandate consists, essentially, in providing, maintaining and repairing the components of a housing stock that takes into account the evolving needs of users and people who work in the establishment, through the optimal use of the resources at its disposal. As part of its mandate, the Technical Services Department wishes to enter into a contract for the maintenance of the grounds and the landscaping of certain sites of the CIUSSS Center Sud on the Island of Montreal. These are 77 lots divided into 9 lots. The contractual documents will be distributed via Electronic Tender System. Duration of the contract : 3 years firm + 2 options of one year each Disclaimer : In accordance with article 8 of the regulations, the CIUSSSUD reserves the right to refuse any contractor who, during the 2 years preceding the date of the opening of the tenders, has been the subject of an evaluation by our organization of unsatisfactory performance, or has failed to follow up on a tender, a contract, or has been the subject of a termination of contract because of its failure to respect the conditions thereof.
