Estimated value: $733,600 to $6,056,099 The UNIVERSITY INTEGRATED CENTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES OF CENTRE-SUD-DE-L'ÎLE-DE-MONTREAL, a legal person governed by public law duly constituted under the Act respecting health services and social services, CQLR c S-4.2, having its principal place of business at 1560 Sherbrooke East, in the city of Montreal, province of Quebec, H2L 4M1, Would like to launch a call for tenders: LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE AO 2023-1609 Summary of work : The Technical Services Department of the CIUSSS Center Sud de l'île de Montréal, ensures, among other things, the provision of quality functional services that are healthy, comfortable, safe and compliant with the standards in force in terms of hygiene and sanitation for the work environment, care settings and living environments. Its mandate consists, essentially, in providing, maintaining and repairing the components of a housing stock that takes into account the evolving needs of users and people who work in the establishment, through the optimal use of the resources at its disposal. As part of its mandate, the Technical Services Department wishes to enter into a contract for the maintenance of the grounds and the landscaping of certain sites of the CIUSSS Center Sud on the Island of Montreal. These are 77 lots divided into 9 lots. The contractual documents will be distributed via Electronic Tender System. Duration of the contract : 3 years firm + 2 options of one year each Disclaimer : In accordance with article 8 of the regulations, the CIUSSSUD reserves the right to refuse any contractor who, during the 2 years preceding the date of the opening of the tenders, has been the subject of an evaluation by our organization of unsatisfactory performance, or has failed to follow up on a tender, a contract, or has been the subject of a termination of contract because of its failure to respect the conditions thereof. Insurance : The SERVICE PROVIDER must take out and maintain in force for the entire duration of the contract, at its own expense, civil and/or professional liability insurance of one million dollars ($1,000,000).
