Renovation of a mixed-use development in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and 1,200-square-foot laboratory facility.

Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: Upgrade of an existing Instructional Lab at the Center for Business & Workforce Development (BWD) at Penn College to include flooring, painting, lighting and electrical upgrades, by one General Contractor in an area totaling approx. 1,200 sf. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check, or bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked BID FOR BWD and be in the hands of the undersigned at the stated date and time, when bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College.
