The Société is a financially independent non-profit paramunicipal organization, mandatary of the City of Montreal. INFORMATION: at the e-mail address achat@shdm.org . A proposal weighting and evaluation system based, in addition to the price, on the quality of the presentation of the bid, the understanding of the mandate and the problem, the expertise of the bidder, etc. will be used for this tender. To be validly received, the tender documents must be placed in an envelope which will include the proposal document and a second sealed envelope, the price proposal. The tender documents will be available in French only. Tenderers must have, at the time of submission of the tender, a business establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to this call for tenders, a certificate issued by Revenu Québec, and, if applicable, authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP). Tenders received will be publicly opened, at the office of the Company, immediately after the expiry of the time limit set for their receipt. Only the names of bidders who submitted a bid will be mentioned publicly. Subsequently, the submissions will be evaluated by a selection committee. The Company does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
