Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Culloden, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,728-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Culloden Public Service District is soliciting proposals for the construction of a 36X48 office building to be constructed on property owned by the Culloden Public Service District. The proposal should include the costof demolition of the currentoffice facility located at 25 Spanish Oak Drive, Culloden, West Virginia 25510. The building must be ADA compliant and be constructed pursuant to all applicable Building Codes. The proposal must include a parking lot for the new construction and includeno less than one ADA compliant bathroom, a kitchen, a room for storage, three office locations as well as a meeting room. All proposals must includeall material costs,labor costs; inspections cost (if applicable) and be accompanied by a copy of a valid Contractors License and Insurance for the Stateof West Virginia. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.
