The City of Oxnard invites proposals from qualified contractors/consultants to perform Ocean Outfall monitoring services in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) for the City of Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City currently discharges over 16 million gallons per day to the Pacific Ocean and must meet regulatory requirements. The contracted vendor shall perform as-needed testing and monitoring services as stipulated in the City's NPDES permit. Last day for Questions by Proposers 15 March 2023. The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation shall be for a period of up to five (5) years beginning, July 1,2023 or effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, through December 31, 2028, The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide On Call Ocean Monitoring Services for the City of Oxnard Wastewater Division The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
