Remodeling of a municipal facility in Miami, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The Miami Tribe of Oklahoma (the "Tribe" or "Owner"), a sovereign and federally recognized Indian tribe, is inviting written proposals for a Construction Manager/Owner's Representative to provide professional construction management services for the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma District Courtroom Renovation Project ("Renovation Project") located on the Tribe's Reservation. The Project will include remodel of a a 41 ft x 48.5 ft warehouse area into a courtroom and resizing the space of an existing 29 ft x 16 ft courtroom and 12 X 16 ft office into a jury deliberation room and larger Judges chamber. Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this solicitation must be requested in writing or by email no later than March 24, 2023 at 4 PM CST and submitted to the following: Robin Lash, Court Director 3410 P Street NW Miami, Oklahoma 74354 rlash@miamination.com The Tribe reserves the right to request additional information from any quotes, to disqualify quotes, to reject any or all quotes, to waive any irregularities in the best interests of the Tribe and to cancel the Request for Quotes at any time. The potential start date for pre-construction is April 10, 2023.
