Contract 1 - Forest Drive Culvert Replacement - This contract includes installation of a new pipe culvert on Forest Drive. The owner for this contract is the Town of Clifton Park. Construction will include but is not limited to, work zone traffic control, mobilization, filling of existing culverts with flowable fill, trenchless or open cut installation of new pipe culvert and temporary waterway diversion. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Each bid or proposal must contain a non-collusion affidavit executed by the bidder or his authorized representative. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract sum, will be required of the successful bidder. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
