Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Lebanon Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Proposed Project Consists of Replacing the Existing County-owned Bridge Carrying Gridline Road (T-477) Over Big Brook in Lebanon Township, Wayne County. The Existing Concrete T-beam Bridge Will Be Replaced With a Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert and C.i.p. Wingwalls. The Construction of the Proposed Structure Will Be Completed Utilizing a Detour. The Project Also Requires Minor Approach Work Including Roadway Resurfacing and Guide Rail. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Made Payable to Wayne County. The Commissioners Reserve the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. Bids May Be Held by the Commissioners for a Period Not to Exceed 45 Days From the Date of the Bid Opening for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of the Bidder, Prior to the Award of the Contract. The Contract Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible Bidder. All Bidders Must Be electronically Pre-qualified in Accordance With Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication 408/2020, Section 102.01 or Have at Least 5 Years' Experience in Work on Projects of Similar Size and Scope.
