Description: The City of Billings, Burns & McDonnell (Engineer), and Dick Anderson Construction, Inc. (General Contractor/ Construction Manager), invite interested Subcontractors to submit bids for the West End Water Treatment Plant (WEWTP). Detailed Instructions to Bidders are included in the supplied project documents. The completed Work will provide the City of Billings with a new WEWTP located west of Shiloh Road off the south side of Hesper Road about 1/4 mile east of 48th Street West. The WEWTP consists of conventional pretreatment, membrane filtration, below-grade clearwell, pumping, chemical systems and administration area.
