Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The Bidder acknowledges that it has included with its Bid the required Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. The Bidder understands and agrees that Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids submitted within ninety (90) calendar days from date of bid ope has established a DBE goal of 14.7% of the Contract amount for the Base bid. Question Date:3/28/2023 1:30:00 PM (PT) Questions and Requests for Addendum are to be submitted via NGEM portal by the date and time stated. Questions received after that date will have no guarantee of review. Scope:The project will include drainage improvements within the limits of the holding pad (installation of new aircraft rated trench drains and storm drain piping), construction of a new reinforced concrete retaining wall separating Holding Pad 7 from other airfield pavement areas, removal of high mast light poles, installation of new high mast light poles, conversion of the adjacent Cargo Apron existing high mast light pole luminaires from incandescent to LED, electrical duct-banks, taxiway lighting, airfield surface markings, new airfield security fencing, and retrofits to existing security fencing. Reconstruction of the airfield Main Gate will include demolition of existing AC pavement, construction of new paved island with security bollards, and installation of CCTV cameras and associated infrastructure. 3032
