The work consists of supply and placing of binder course asphalt (HL3) for levelling and rut filling to select sections of road (TBD during a site meeting between the Township and the successful contractor); Supply and placement of a 50 millimetre thick lift of wear course asphalt (HL3) to the entire road; reinstatement of all residential and industrial/commercial entrances; Supply and placement of granular 'A' shoulder gravel. 2) Kitley Line 3 from Hughes Road to 1.0 kilometres west, 1,0 kilometres long with a 6.5 metre wide finished top. The work consists of fine grading of the granular base, supply and placing of a 50 millimetre thick lift of wear course asphalt (HL3) to the entire road; reinstatement of all residential and industrial/commercial entrances; Supply and placement of granular 'A' shoulder gravel. Prior to the Contractor completing this work, the Township will be undertaking the reconstruction of the roadway. The Township will coordinate with the Contractor to establish an acceptable schedule.
