The Contractor shall be responsible for the collection, transportation and disposal of sewage sludge (wastewater biosolid residual) as defined in 40 CFR 503 and 62-640 FAC. All services performed by the Contractor must comply with any and all local, state, and federal regulations and laws as previously stated throughout the duration of this contract. The Contractor shall provide necessary information and assistance, as required, to meet the requirements contained within permits issued to St. Johns County by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Agency (FDEP). Current permits are for disposal with Shelley's Environmental Systems or a Class I Landfill. Bid Bond None No Pre-Bid Conference Available St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
