Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Zanesfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Jefferson Township Logan Hills Park Restroom Alterations Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Township of, or by certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Township. Bid bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. A payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract is required upon the awarding of the Contract. The proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, or a copy of thereof, with a price quoted for the work. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The Project is sales tax exempt. The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Jefferson Township Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities. Engineers Estimate for this project is $60,000.00
