Tenders from tenderers whose names do not appear on the official list of tenderers who ordered the tender documents may be declared invalid. There will be no site visit for this contract. The workmust reach substantial performance no later than 165 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of substantial performance.
