CPS Energy is the nation largest municipally owned energy utility providing both natural gas and electric service. Acquired by the City of San Antonio in 1942, CPS Energy serves more than 800,000 electric customers and 340,000 natural gas customers in and around San Antonio (1,515 square mile service area). CPS Energy is governed by a five-person Board of Trustees, consisting of the Mayor of the City of San Antonio and four citizens representing the four geographical quadrants of the City of San Antonio CPS Energy will make a concerted effort to maintain the schedule below, but reserves the right to revise the schedule based on CPS Energy business needs CPS Energy has a fleet of over 2,000 vehicles. In order for CPS Energy fleet to serve its community for the electric utility needs, the vehicles require fuel. CPS Energy operates nine (9) fuel systems that must be maintained in pristine working condition in order to serve the community. Company shall perform Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) and Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) repair and testing Services as further described in this SOW The parties may agree in writing to renew the SOW for a successive term, the length of which shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties, and cannot exceed the length of the Initial Term. Company shall be responsible for obtaining all required permits and all applicable state, federal and local licenses to perform every aspect of the Services in addition to the necessary equipment and manufacturer certifications.
