The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include: Remove and grade existing grass. Construct concrete shuffleboard courts, walkways, install benches, perimeter fence, gate, artificial turf, shade structures trash receptacle and overhead lighting.
