Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elyria, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The furnishing of all labor material and equipment for the Murray Ridge Resurfacing Project in Elyria Township, Lorain County, Ohio. The work consists of Asphalt Planing, Base Repairs, Asphalt Resurfacing, and Pavement Markings on Murray Ridge Rd. from the Griswold Rd. north to the abandoned Railrod line also being the start of the County Road. All materials and equipment must meet the specifications of ODOT, and work performed shall be under the supervision of the Lorain County Engineer and the Elyria Township Trustees. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Lorain County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Elyria Township Trustees reserve the right to waive all irregularities and to reject any and all bids if it is felt to be in the best interest of the township to do so. WBE (6.9%) Mill (1.5" depth) and place (1.5") asphalt overlay, from Griswold Road north to Railroad for a distance of approximately 3,195 feet. Linear Grading to occur after Milling Operation and before asphalt paving. Area = 7,980 Sq. Yds.
