Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rexburg, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of construction of new sidewalk and road widening. Each Proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and be accompanied by a certified cashiers check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form payable to the City of Rexburg Idaho in an amount not less than 5% of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount not less than 100% of the Contract price. The City reserves the right to reject all Proposals or any Proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bid Documents. The Project must have substantial completion by August 4, 2023. All remaining work contemplated in the Proposal and Contract Documents shall be completed and ready for final payment two (2) weeks after substantial completion. Bids shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope and plainly marked with the project title (and if applicable, the designated portion of the project for which the bid is submitted), name and address of the bidder, the license number of the bidder, and accompanied by the bid security and other required documents.
