Only those who have their principal place of business in Quebec and Canada, and in the territories covered by the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and who have obtained in their name, through the SEAO, the technical estimate of the project issued by the contracting authority. The tenderer must read the contract management regulations of the Municipality of Lefebvre. As this regulation is an integral part of any call for tenders launched by the Municipality of Lefebvre, all tenderers must comply with it, under penalty of sanction which may go as far as the rejection of the tender and/or the termination of the contract.
