It is the intent of these specifications to cover the removal and disposal ofthe existing carpel flooring, and to furnish, deliver and install luxury vinyl tile and carpet for the steps leading to the second floor. . Remove and dispose of existing flooring; including baseboard covering. Supply and install new 6" cove base. Furnish and install luxury vinyl tile for the first and second floors. Furnish and install commercial carpeting on existing stairway.
