The removal and disposal of current flooring; as well as the furnishing, delivery and installation of luxury tiles and carpeting for an existing staircase for the Fiscal Office of the Department of Water Supply, County of Maui, shall be subject to the Minimum Specifications, Provisions, Offer Form and General Terms & Conditions in this order of priority. - The approximate footage of base covering is 1,300 feet; for installation of a new 6" base.
- The luxury vinyl tile shall be as follows;
i. Approximate square footage of luxury tiles for the first and second floors is
6.400 square feet.
ii. Material shall be 5 millimeter (mm) with 20 millimeter (mm) wear layer.
iii. Warm-tone gray in color.
- The stairway carpeting shall be as follows;
i. Re-carpeting of existing staircase and landing.
ii. Carpet material shall be commercial grade.
iii. Warm-tone gray in color.

3. INSTALLATION WORK
. A. Demolish and dispose of existing flooring and prepare floor.
It is the intent of these specifications to cover the removal and disposal ofthe existing carpel flooring, and to furnish, deliver and install luxury vinyl tile and carpet for the steps leading to the second floor.
. Remove and dispose of existing flooring; including baseboard covering.
Supply and install new 6" cove base.
Furnish and install luxury vinyl tile for the first and second floors.
Furnish and install commercial carpeting on existing stairway.
