In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the Province of Alberta, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking to establish a list of Electrical firms interested in providing low dollar value professional services to meet DND requirements at CFB Edmonton, Alberta as and when required. A list for the following professional services will be established; Electrical Only firms with offices located within a radius of 75 km of the Defence Construction Canada Building (Building 177, Unit 3 Lancaster Park, Alberta T0A 2H0) will be considered for inclusion on the list. Commissions are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $50,000 and should not exceed $100,000. The total amount of opportunities under the professional service list will not exceed $500,000. However, this is not a commitment by DCC to spend this or any amount. The list is expected to remain in place for a period of two (2) years and may be extended for one (1) one-year period or until such time as the opportunities in the list reaches $500K. DCC reserves the right to suspend or extend the use of the list at any time. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
