Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 12 Cape Breton University is seeking proposals from vendors to provide mechanical repairs to equipment containing refrigeration components/functions (chillers and heat pumps, both water to air and water to water) for the period of April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 with one (1) additional option year at the discretion of the University. The type of work consists of reactive maintenance and start up and shut down maintenance to the chillers. Bidders must show proof of employment of Red Seal Refrigeration Technician(s). The successful quoted price shall be firm and your proposal must include all costs with terms and conditions clearly defined on quotation. Questions Deadline: MARCH 27, 2023 The deadline for questions is 12:00 p.m. (Atlantic Standard Time), as designated by the Procurement Services office clock, on the Questions Deadline date specified on the covering page. It is the proponent's responsibility to present any questions or clarify any ambiguities of this RFP prior the deadline for questions.
