National Research Council Canada (NRC) is in the process of retrofitting its acoustic research laboratories. The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is seeking Request For Proposal (RFP) responses from construction companies to construct the Acoustic Floor Facility inside the recently made building (M38) at NRC's Montreal Road Campus, Ottawa, Ontario. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to engage the services of a successful bidder as a General Contractor (GC) in the form of a Lump sum contract to deliver the Acoustic Floor Facility by the end of March 2024.
