Additionally, work will cover the replacement of building s single thermostat along with any necessary wiring (approximately 70-100 feet), and intake and exhaust venting which shall be installed meeting manufacturer, installation, and configuration requirements. All new, appropriately sized insulated galvanized metal ductwork will be installed appropriately according to SMACNA standards, including approximately 110-150 linear feet of insulated galvanized metal heat run venting installed in the attic space. Air returns will be installed into all four room spaces approximately which are approximately 150-200 linear feet. Venting, gas line connections and electrical connections will also be required, meeting manufacture installation and configuration requirements. Project will consist of furnishing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to decommission, dispose of, and replace existing unit. All was originally located in attic. The building has been completely gutted by park staff prior to HVAC installation. Existing furnace, duct work, insulation, and all sheet rock in building has be removed prior to installation. This will be similar to a new construction install. Magnitude of Construction: Between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements Statute. Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside.
